Accord's scheduling experience is designed to use free/busy information when comparing standard staff calendars, rather than displaying colleagues' meeting descriptions.
What the pilot currently does
When an authorised Microsoft 365 user signs in, Accord uses permissions granted through Microsoft Entra to look up colleagues' directory information, check scheduling availability and manage configured working-hour preferences. Administrators may approve designated shared calendars, where event titles can be visible to authorised users for conflict checks.
Accord is still under development. Organisation onboarding, booking and data retention controls must be reviewed before broad commercial use. This summary is informational and is not a complete contractual privacy notice.
